The association “arte e segni” – art and symbols – was established with the objective of supporting the artistic work of Ernesto Oeschger and, in particular, to enable the further artistic development of his rubbings of rock-drawings. In addition, the organisation’s aim is to ensure the preservation of the valuable original rubbings and raise both the art world’s and the general public’s awareness of his work by arranging exhibitions.

L’associazione „arte e segni“ è stata fondata con lo scopo di promuovere e sostenere l’opera d’arte di Ernesto Oeschger. Si intende in particolare creare i presupposti per una continuità legata al tema delle incisioni rupestri: l’operazione di ricalco sulla roccia, la conservazione dei preziosi frottages originali e la promozione di esposizioni.

Der Verein “arte e segni” – Kunst und Zeichen – wurde mit dem Zweck gegründet, das künstlerische Werk von Ernesto Oeschger zu unterstützen und insbesondere die Fortsetzung seiner Arbeiten zum Thema Felszeichnungen zu ermöglichen: Die Arbeit auf dem Fels (Abriebe/Frottagen), die Konservierung der kostbaren Original-Abriebe und deren Verbreitung in Ausstellungen.
